This new 24-hour telephone service provides crisis counseling and referrals to community resources for callers from the Galveston community who are still recovering from the devastating effects of the hurricane and other personal issues. Crisis Hotline of Galveston is free, bilingual and completely confidential. Each call is answered by dedicated, trained phone counselors.
